Daily Jive

Every Wednesday I would look forward to going to church for music practices. It is a mid-week revitalisation for me. I get to meet the like-minded people whom I love, we would practice the songs and enjoy a good time.

So I was rather bummed last night when I have to go the Beerfest for work’s purposes. But it turned out to be pretty enjoyable. The music was good. It was also good to catch up with George and his friend Keshav. B was with me so it would not turn out bad in any case.

By the way, we signed up for World Cup. Due to my commitment to work, I rejected B’s offer every night to watch the game. I knew for sure I would enjoy. Because I had such fond memories of watching the last 2 World Cup with B. Anyway I decided to heck my early-sleep routine to catch a glimpse of the buzz. But I was left disappointed to see Spain performing so badly against Switzerland.

That’s the con about rooting for a losing team. You get wired up emotionally with their loss.
Anyway I will still immerse myself in the upcoming games. I am looking forward to seeing Kaka and Messi play.

Have a good Thursday y’all. TGIF tmrw.

Here’s my sweetheart to end it off. Bobo was caught staring intently at my dad preparing food.

And a little funny quote I come across.

"Some people believe football is a matter of life and death. I'm very disappointed with that attitude. I can assure you it is much, much more important than that."
Bill Shankly
