Abs Talk

It all began as a goal. During the month of March, I told myself I will have 6 abs by the month of June. So I began my routine which was really difficult at first. So I start little by little. Initially I only have 3 sets of 20, and I increased by every 3 days and now I managed to be able to hit 4 sets of 50, 70, 70, 50. Not too bad for an 80kg fat teen huh.

Anyway I just want to encourage those of you who are seeking to push yourself in your physical body. It will be very hard initially, but with discipline and daily committment to it, it's going to get easier and now it's pretty addictive for me as I see more results.

Brandon say I have my rock hard 4 abs now. But my bottom 2 are still not visible at all. The reason is it's too hard to do the flutters but I am glad I have began, but I am not halfway there yet. So I'm gonna continue to train. Hopefully I can wear a mid-tank soon.
