My Sabbath

I spent my Sabbath Sunday at Jurong today. I sang for Chinese Church and supported Brandon as he led praise. I enjoyed myself thoroughly and I believe that loving people is very important. It's the attitude to love and engage the people that made serving God so wonderful and enjoyable.

I am also so proud of Brandon. He prepares really hard and I think he did pretty well. The english service was great, Pst Tan preached a great message. I just felt a sense of urgency but I am at peace because I been walking with God and I have no worries. During the altar call today, I looked at Brandon and I just thank God in my heart that we are able to serve Him together. I believe it is the grace of God and I am extremely thankful for that. I pray that we can do greater things for God together!

I really enjoyed serving God and I am always convinced that I am called by Him. I am really looking forward to songlead again this year. I read a quote the other day and it stuck with me, "it's not the becoming, but it's the sustaining." And how true is that, alot of times the real deal is to maintain and sustain. I always remember what Bennett tells me about Don Moen, that longevity in the ministry is vital. For me, I want to walk and run and fly with God for the rest of my life!

Enjoy the week everyone!
