Love

It was a hectic busy week. And it's been a challenging week for me as well. I think due to the upcoming events, Brandon and I have been 'under fire' in many aspects. So we been trying not to kill each other. I am kidding.

Anyway I enjoyed the cell group alot. I think W322 is made up of really special and loving people. The culture in the cell group has been nothing but loving, edifying and engaging. Venetia preached solid well as usual and the praise and worship is heartfelt and good. I believe it's gonna be a great year for Brandon and me just by being there with the people.

After the CG, both Brandon and I went over to Poh's for a chat. We listened as Poh and Jo shared their stories on their marriage and how they overcame the challenges they faced as a married couple. It was very empowering and enjoyable at the same time. And one particular story brought me to tears.

Whenever Poh walked Joie to school, he would see this old lady who will walked his grandson to school as well. The thing is, this old lady has problems with walking and therefore she needs her walking stick. So this day, what happened was the grandson dashed across the road, so old lady dropped her walking stick and dashed across the road. I mean we're looking at an old grandma who walks incredibly slow and who needs a walking stick. So because of her immense love for his grandson, she found strength and dashed across the road to rescue her grandson. Of course that little boy got his deserved spanking and the old lady picked up her walking stick thereafter.

The bible says faith, hope and love; Love is the greatest. When we love God, we can do anything for Him. There is passion, there is strength, there is love and power in what we do. God forbid that I will ever forget the first time I songlead, the first time I spoke in tongues, the first time I have tears running down my cheeks in His presence, the first time I got saved. I want to remember all of them. I want to remember the first time I meet Brandon.
