Extreme Makeover Diet

Hey all, what's up?

I been good, as usual. God has been good to me and my family, so praise God. But I got to share something; Recently I am finding myself a little moody more than usual. I think it's the time of the month for women but I found out it's got to do with my diet habits. I been eating tonnes of junk food, tidbits, and instant noodles. Out of convenience and wanting to laze in the sofa and watch my TV, I succumb to 3 mins noodles very often.

I fall sick pretty often due to my sinus and chronic asthma background, but lately I am feeling the consequence of those bad choices of diet I made. I feel lethargic, and feverish. And I find it a little hard to concentrate than usual. My thoughts wander alot and I don't like that at all. To sum it up, it's the bad food choices I been making.

Brandon and I are loyal fans of JUNK FOOD. We can eat fries, burgers, long john, fried chicken DAILY. I mean there are times we complain we have a little sore throat and we are sick of it and all BUT we still continue to eat them. So after we moved to our new place, we stock up on tidbits, ice creams, instant noodles, basically the worse food you can see in supermarkets.

So, what's the deal now. We striked a deal with each other. And this is EXTREME MAKEOVER, except it's makeover of our diet, our fridge and our eating habits. We believe this is completely biblical to love and take care of our body. You know eating junk not only give me fat larry around my waist, I don't feel healthy or sexy. And lately I been coming across lots of articles of people having cancer, heart problems, diabetes due to the prolonged wrong choices of food they eat. You know, it's not just about eating less for me now, it's about eating right for me.

So wish me best of faith, of course we gonna have a cheat day in a week to eat whatever we want. But more vegetables, more fruits, healthier alternatives are where we are heading for now.

You wanna join me? Tag me if you do!
