Phases

I once hear a man says life doesn't come with age but with different phases. And I believe so.

Every year comes with an age older, but I guessed a person would feel it more not just in that but in phases. Allow me to elaborate.

A little seed goes through seconds and days, but growing to the next phase of its life would mean more to it. From a seed to a little shoot, and blossom into a big flower. Life comes in phases.

I was talking to an old friend a few days back and he mentioned how he was happier when things are simpler. I love the fact that Jesus is able to stay obedient to God and went up the cross despite knowing the conditions of the men's hearts. Jesus knew that His people were plotting against Him, yet He could find the tenacity and capacity to love and sacrifice for His people. That is Love personified.

Many moments this year, I wished that life can be simpler, I told Mindy all the time, that I miss going to cell group, where nothing else matters but just God and I. But at the end of the day, I learnt that keeping a simple heart towards God is the most important.

I want to be the little girl that always run to my Daddy's arms.
